Introducing BAURO-MATE, Bauromat UK Limited’s first and only easy change robotic automation system.

Designed in two halves, the BAURO-MATE now makes it easier than ever to change applications without the need of an entirely new robotic system, reducing costs and increasing productivity.

With one half housing the robot and control, and the other the application, the two are joined using a precision docking system and securely locked in place. What’s more, heavy duty castors on the application half of the system makes it far easier and quicker to move into position and can be done with minimal effort.

But the BAURO-MATE doesn’t just have to consist of two halves, if multiple applications are required, various applications can be produced and programmed to work with the same robot at the user’s discretion.

On the other hand, in some circumstances, the BAURO-MATE doesn’t need a custom application half, there may already be a process that simply requires robotic assistance. From CNC machine tending to conveyor lines, all that is required is to position the robot half into your existing manufacturing lines, program it and see your efficiency grow.
